Titled interest · FAA registry · Factory-new aircraft
The smallest titled share of a private jet ever offered.
Jets.Exchange divides factory-new aircraft into as many as sixty registered shares. Owners hold title, not credits — flying thirteen to two hundred hours a year, with aircraft ready on ten hours’ notice.
The overhead — crew, hangar, maintenance, dispatch, insurance — is ours to run and yours to ignore.

(01)The premise
Whole-aircraft economics, without the whole aircraft.
A private jet flies eight hundred hours a year at best. Most owners use a fraction of that — and pay for all of it. Charter solves the capital problem and creates a control problem: surge pricing, brokered aircraft, someone else’s schedule.
Fractional ownership has existed since 1986. We’ve re-engineered it for how people actually fly now — dividing each airframe into sixty registered shares instead of sixteen, and building a resale market so your exit is a listing, not a negotiation.
Why we built this →(02)The model in brief
Three commitments.
In writing.
You own metal, not credits.
Every share is a registered, undivided interest in a specific tail number, closed through licensed aviation escrow. It sits on your balance sheet and may qualify for depreciation treatment. Jet cards expire. Assets don’t.
Three numbers. No fourth.
A capital price for your share. A fixed monthly management fee. An occupied-hourly rate when you fly. Published before you commit, itemized on every statement, with no repositioning charges inside the service area.
Ten hours. Guaranteed.
Call by 22:00, fly by 08:00. Your aircraft or an equal-or-better substitute, 365 days a year, written into the owners’ agreement as an obligation — not a service level we aspire to.
(03)Share schedule
Five fractions.
One aircraft.
